Shisha at BAO'S is a table service, not an add on. It is brought to you, set up where you are sitting, and looked after for as long as you stay, in the alcove by the windows, in the lounge, or in one of the private spaces.
It suits the long version of an evening here. Arrive before the light goes, watch the sun drop behind the bay, stay through the saxophone at 20:30, and let the room fill up around you.
It pairs naturally with bottle service at the Rotonda Table or in The Room, where a group of ten to fifteen can have the whole thing to themselves.
